Backend Engineer

-Work as part of a collaborative squad to develop our SaaS platform using Agile methodologies.

-Maintain, enhance, and build new features for the backend components assigned to your team, with a focus on affordability and scalability.

-Dive into the current tech stack and business domain to efficiently work on a complex SaaS platform with multiple applications.

-Deepen your understanding of a mono-repository workflow similar to industry giants like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook.

-Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-documented, and clean code, while actively participating in code debugging and issue resolution.

-Communicate directly with customers to address their problems, gather feedback, and generate ideas for continuous improvement.

-Possess 3+ years of full-stack development experience, with a focus on backend and integration development using swagger and api specifications as the main interface.

-Demonstrated expertise in Java, C#, or TypeScript, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

-Hands-on experience with MSSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, or other relevant databases is a plus.

-Familiarity with CI/CD processes, docker container infrastructure, and Git workflow management.

-Solid understanding of system design and architecture, with prior experience working on platforms with numerous users or financial services considered a plus.

-Possess a hacker mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and self-learning.

-Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and explain complex concepts to peers.
